What we do?

 

We gather information about your build - rim weight, rim specs, car weight, usage, power and budget and we propose a couple of variants for suspension options for you to chose from - either pre-made (Bilstein, Eibach, Vogtland) or custom valved and sprung - (GAZ shocks, Intrax Suspension Technologies)


Process:
 

- Tell us about your vehicle and budget

- We send you the options we feel are best for your specific needs

- We assist with information helping you pick your desired setup

- Once a setup is agreed upon we receive 50% deposit.

- We order the suspension, whether it is off the shelf, or a custom made item.

- Before sending the full price is paid

- We deliver them to your doorstep, including preferable alignment and initial setup information

Vogtland Pro Coilovers

This kit is one of the best entry-level kits for a daily and back road car with modest track miles. So far the ones we've tested give great balance, and compliance while still making the vehicle feel more sporty in the bends with a bit less roll to deal with.

Shocks have quick reaction times, and the springs are linear, giving absolutely predictable handling. The car isn't too busy over small bumps, and takes them well. Over-all a very good piece of kit for the money, and TUV approved as well!

Eibach Pro Coilovers

The suspension is only height adjustable, the damping is set-up from EIbach. The springs work very well with the dampers, the suspension feels progressive and balanced. The rebound damping catches the car early making the car feel more sporty and stable. The compression damping is well balanced, good enough for a road car and fun and confidence inspiring on track. The construction is Stainless steel. Overall a great piece of kit. We do recommend getting Eibach anti-roll bars with it too.

 

 

 

Bilstein Clubsport

This is the best set of dampers which Bilstein can offer. Bilstein are one of the biggest companies in the world for creation of high-quality dampers, and their creations never dissapoint. This kit is aimed at the people who take performance seriously and want their E46 to perform at another level, and this suspension is the key to making that happen. The best part about it is, that because of the incredible damping the car doesn't become unusable on the road!

In that high-level sector it is very hard to say which suspension is best. The Intrax 1k2 is good because of the easy of setup, where only one knob controls all 4 parameters.  Bilsteins will give you the opportunity to have more control over how the car is set up and that might be preferable for some people.

It is hard to pick between the two, which is something to say about the Bilstein kit. The damping it will give is on a very high level, and you will have the freedom to change rebound and compression separately if you wish to do so.

We recommend that kit if you do have someone who can setup your suspension properly for your specific needs. The more you have to tinker with can give you more opportunities to get it right, but also more opportunities to get it wrong.

In our minds - a very solid piece of kit for a road, canyon and occasional track-day car. It is a budget option, but from the suspension dyno's we can see this kit performs on par with much more expensive kits on the market.

Possibly the best mid-range kit on the market, hitting way above it weight. We actually see regularly GAZ GOLD kits perform better on suspension dynos than some much more expensive high-end suspension kits from other manufacturers. Part of the reason for that is the quick response times due to their GASSED design's and partly due to the bigger piston and accurate valving. We ran GAZ GOLD on one of our cars for two years with no trouble and absolutely recommend.

Hands down the best road, canyon, occasional track-day suspension for the price-point we have ever experienced. This suspension covers all the bases, for a relatively affordable price. It is extremely strong. Due to the mono tube design it has blisteringly quick reaction times. The big piston means it can transfer more oil in one motion giving more accurate damping. The coatings mean it can withstand over 100 000km before needing a  rebuild, which is a whole lot for an aftermarket suspension. On the suspension dyno the Intrax is better than the GAZ Gold due to the quicker reaction times, and under extreme loads. The rest of the curve looks pretty similar, but this suspension gives that extra percent control and damping accuracy, which is why we regard it as a market leader!

 

 

 


 

 

Intrax 1k2 kit

- Same internals and construction as 4WAY kit

The 1K2 is an evolution from the RSA using the same principles, but every components is turned up a notch. The 1k2 shock has the exact same internals as the highest end 4way kit. The construction is fully made from Inodized Aluminium allowing the shock to lose temperature quicker, and to be 30% lighter. The piston is larger, for more accurate damping and a bigger range of damping capabilities, as a bigger piston can move more oil through. The 1k2 kit is a perfect, extremely high end, immensely capable suspension proposal. We advise this suspension, when the buyer wants the best suspension on the market, without the hassle of setting up a 4-way kit. With this kit, the ranges and correlations between high and low speed bump and rebound are matched from factory, so one knob is enough for adjusting all parameters.

The 4WEG kit is similar inside to the 1k2 kit, the difference being, that it features external fluid reservoirs which increase the amount of oil the shock has, hence the shock has a higher heat capacity, bigger motion and better temperature release. The 4WAY shock absorber is race inspired and requires know-how in order to be set-up properly. The freedom of having the four different components adjusted separately allows the driver to fine-tune the suspension perfectly to their own liking. This is what we believe to be the highest possible class of suspension on the market worldwide - and you can now custom order them through us!
